Create your account
Go to ChampionsMeta and click Sign Up. Enter a username, email address, and password, then submit the form. You’ll receive a verification email at the address you provided — open it and click the confirmation link to activate your account.Once verified, you’re signed in and ready to go.
Explore the Meta Dashboard
Navigate to the Meta Dashboard from the top navigation. Here you’ll find:
- Usage rankings — which Pokemon appear most often across all tracked tournament teams
- Top cores — the duo pairings that show up together most frequently
- Per-Pokemon breakdowns — the most common moves, held items, and abilities for each Pokemon
Browse tournament teams
Head to Tournament Teams to see the top-finishing rosters from every Champions event in the database. Each team card shows the player’s name, their placement, and the six Pokemon they used. Click a card to expand the full team sheet with moves, items, abilities, and EV spreads.
Open the Team Builder
Go to the Team Builder and start building your Reg M-A team. Search for Pokemon by name, then assign moves, a held item, a nature, EV spreads, and — where applicable — a Mega Evolution. The builder gives you real-time type coverage analysis and teammate suggestions based on co-occurrence data from tournament teams.When your team is ready, use the Export to Showdown button to copy it in Pokemon Showdown format.
Publish your team
Once you’re happy with your team in the builder, click Save Team. You’ll be asked whether to make it public or private:
- Public — the team appears on your profile and is eligible to show up in the Community Teams feed, where other users can upvote it.
- Private — the team is saved to your account but only visible to you.
