Creating an account lets you save teams, toggle their privacy, and publish them to the community for other players to browse and upvote. You can use the meta dashboard, team builder, and tournament browser without an account — registration is only needed when you want to save or share your own work.
1

Open the sign-up form

Click Sign up in the top navigation bar. The registration form asks for a username, email address, and password.
2

Choose a username

Your username appears on your public profile and on any teams you publish. It must:
  • Be at least 3 characters long
  • Contain only letters, numbers, and underscores (a–z, A–Z, 0–9, _)
Usernames are unique — if the one you want is taken, you’ll be prompted to choose another.
3

Enter your email address

Provide a valid email address. ChampionsMeta uses it only to verify your account and send password reset links — no marketing email. Each email address can only be registered once.
4

Set a password

Your password must be at least 6 characters long. There are no other restrictions, but a longer, unique password is always a better choice.
5

Submit the form

Click Create account. ChampionsMeta creates your account and immediately sends a verification email to the address you provided. You’ll see a confirmation screen telling you to check your inbox — you are not signed in yet at this point.
6

Verify your email

Open the verification email and click the link inside. The link is valid for 24 hours. Clicking it confirms your address, signs you in automatically, and redirects you to the home page.If the link has expired, you can request a new one from the sign-in page.
Email verification is required before you can submit or publish teams to the community. You can sign in and use the team builder without verifying, but the Submit Team action will remain unavailable until your email is confirmed.

After registration

Once verified, your profile page at /users/your-username is live. Any team you save and set to Public will appear there and in the community teams feed. Teams set to Private are visible only to you.
