The Meta Dashboard covers Regulation M-A only (active April 8 – June 17, 2026). Data reflects Champions-format events imported from Limitless TCG.
Usage rankings
The main table lists every Pokémon ranked by usage percentage. Each row shows the Pokémon’s sprite, its top two most common teammates, and its usage figure. Click any row to expand it and see a full breakdown organized into five sections: Moves, Items, Abilities, Tera Types, and Teammates — each with the top five options and their individual percentages.Top cores
To the right of the usage table, the Top Cores panel highlights the Pokémon pairs with the highest co-occurrence rate across all imported teams. Each card shows the two Pokémon sprites alongside the percentage of teams they appeared on together, giving you a quick read on which duos are driving the current meta.Summary stats
Above the table, four stat cards give you a snapshot of the dataset: total teams analyzed, number of tournaments included, the single most-used Pokémon, and its usage percentage. These numbers update automatically after each daily data refresh. How is usage % calculated?
How is usage % calculated?
Usage percentage reflects how often a given Pokémon appeared across all tournament teams imported into ChampionsMeta. If 1,000 teams have been imported and Incineroar appears on 483 of them, its usage is 48.3%. Teammate percentages work the same way: they show how often a specific partner appeared on the same team as the Pokémon in that row.Move, item, and ability percentages are computed only from teams with a public team sheet — they represent the share of those builds that used a particular option.
What are top cores?
What are top cores?
A core is a pair of Pokémon that frequently appear together on the same team. ChampionsMeta identifies cores by computing co-occurrence rates across all imported tournament teams: for every Pokémon in the top 20 by usage, it looks at that Pokémon’s most common teammates and surfaces the pairs with the highest shared rates. The Top Cores panel shows up to six of these pairs, ranked by their co-occurrence percentage.

How often is data updated?
Tournament data is synced daily from Limitless TCG. The sync discovers new Regulation M-A events, imports any teams not yet in the database, and re-runs meta aggregation. Usage stats and top cores reflect the most recent completed sync. The dashboard header shows whether you are seeing live aggregated data.
