Signing In, Sessions, and Password Reset on ChampionsMeta

Sign in with your username and password, stay signed in for 30 days, reset a forgotten password by email, and sign out whenever you need to.

Once you have a ChampionsMeta account, signing in gives you access to your saved teams and lets you submit new ones to the community. Your session persists across visits so you rarely need to sign in more than once.

Signing in

Click Sign in in the top navigation bar. Enter your username and password, then click Sign in.

If you enter incorrect credentials, you’ll see a generic error message — ChampionsMeta doesn’t confirm whether a username or email exists, which protects account privacy.

Sessions last 30 days, so you won’t need to sign in again on the same device unless you explicitly sign out or clear your browser cookies.

Resetting a forgotten password

If you can’t remember your password, use the forgot-password flow to set a new one via your registered email address.

1. Go to the forgot-password page

   On the sign-in form, click Forgot password? to open the password reset page.

2. Enter your email address

   Type the email address you registered with and click Send Reset Link.

   The page shows a confirmation regardless of whether the address is found, so your account details aren’t exposed to someone guessing emails.

3. Check your email

   Open the reset email from ChampionsMeta and click the link inside. The link is single-use and expires after a short window — if it no longer works, go back to the forgot-password page and request a new one.

4. Set your new password

   On the reset page, enter your new password and confirm it. Your password must be at least 6 characters long. Click Set New Password.

5. You're signed in

   After saving your new password, ChampionsMeta signs you in automatically and redirects you to the home page.

Signing out

To sign out, open your account menu in the top navigation bar and click Sign out. Your session is cleared immediately on that device. Any other devices where you’re signed in remain active until those sessions expire naturally after 30 days.
